Beauty Points not Accurate

Hi I was wondering...what is up with the updating of my account. I spent like $357 today..and it's still saying I need like 100more points to be requalify for VIB next year....Can someone help me out?! Smiley Happy

I have a similar problem - I went in to a sephora store today and bought 10 items but only 6 appeared in my beauty bag purchases online. 

 

I didn't keep track of how many points I had before this purchase but I hope I got it for all 10 items and not just the 6 that showed up on my account online. Is there any way we could double check this?

Your points can take up to 48 hours to update after a purchase and are not indicative of your yearly spend total. If your points have not updated by tomorrow please call us at 1-877-737-4672. Thanks!

It updated but I still haven't received an email for 10% off my next purchase for becoming a VIB...
