About two months ago, I visited Sephora in store and bought $112 worth of makeup. I was set up with beauty insider and received my card. Today I went back there and spent $45, but when I gave them my card she told me that I had no points on it even though I explained to her about the makeup I had already bought. She said that I should call support and tell them about my purchases. The only problem was that I needed a receipt. I'm not the type of person to keep my receipt after a month, because the 30 day trial would already be over. I'm really anxious to call support so I can become closer to being a VIB, but I'm afraid that I'll be rejected from getting the full points. Is there a way I can get my points back without needing the receipt? I bought the Two Faced Chocolate Bar Eye Shadow Collection, Two Faced Cocoa Contour Chiseled to Perfection, and Urban Decay Oil Control Makeup Setting Spray. And today I bought MakeUp Forever Professional Paris Ultra HD foundation.
