Banned from returns and reships

I placed a very large order at the 20% off sale and my package came missing 2 items, with one item damaged. I contacted customer support over the phone immediately and they refused to refund or reship my items without explanation. Customer service online was no help, in fact they ended the conversation in the middle of me typing. I’ve had maybe 3 returns over the past 3 years and still maintained rouge status. Not sure what is going on, as they refuse to explain or show me what I did in order for them to refuse refund or reship.

sephora should make this right and stop banning complaints. The customer is always right.

Seriously, it seems like a common occurrence according to their community boards. They should make this right
