Bank account was charged for cancelled order (paid through PayPal)

I ordered last September 21 and cancelled immediately to change my delivery method to Same Day Delivery. I paid through PayPal and my bank account was already charged even though it says the authorization is pending on PayPal. 

 

May I please ask for help with the refund? 😞
