BEWARE: NUFACE NOT UNDER WARRANTY IN CANADA

I purchased the NuFace Trinity on Sephora.ca with my hard earned money. It stopped working very soon after purchasing it. When I looked into making a warranty claim, I found out that Nuface only has a 1 year warranty for devices purchased in the US. I spoke with Sephora customer service and they refused to help me. As a retailer in Canada they are required by law to provide a warranty. This is ridiculous and I'm so upset by the lack of customer support. PLEASE HELP!

For those wondering, Laurie said because I am outside of the 90 day return policy they cannot help me. I am not looking to RETURN my Nuface, I am entitled to the 1 year manufacturers warranty that all American Sephora customers are entitled to. By Canadian law I am also entitled to this and Sephora is definitely in the wrong here and I plan to continue to pursue this further. Such poor customer service and complete lack of care from Sephora.
