BECCA X Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette was damaged and will be discarded.

So my fiancee went on and ordered the Becca X Chrissy Teigen Glow Face Palette for me as a mothers day present. He knows I loved the Jaclyn Hill face palette from the year before, so this was a given for me to have. He let me go ahead and place the order. I ordered it 2 minutes after it was released on the Sephora App. I even ordered the Drunk Elephant Glycolic Serum as a perk with a 25+ order. 

So I noticed the order has shipped already, and it was with a different company, Lasership. I checked the status today, and it said, "Parcel damaged and will be discarded". What the heck? This order has not even left the facility! No notification either about this?! So you are just going to discard the package and not notify the person receiving it?!

So I called Sephora and the representative did issue a refund. However she said, "Sorry this item is out of stock so you won't be getting another." Which was a blow. Happy Mothers day to me. No deluxe size sample being replaced either. I left a survey and was not happy. 

Thankfully the palette is available on Becca's site so I ordered it there. Fingers crossed I can at least get this in time for mothers day. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I never had a problem with items being damaged until Lasership came along. Has anyone else had issues with Lasership like this? Getting concerned about it now.
