Awaiting Carrier PickUp

    No tracking available 
    I placed an order on Nov 1, 2024. Tracking says expected delivery date is Nov. 8. As of today, Nov. 16, there has been no change in the delivery/tracking status. It stills says shipping label created, awaiting carrier pickup. Meanwhile I received an order I placed after this one and several others I placed show shipped and have tracking info. I am concerned about this order since it is for a Dyson hair dryer. Could someone please check on this and get back to me?

The same thing happened to me! They’ve just reshipped the item but it says the same awaiting carrier pick up again 🥲😭 did you ever receive your package? I’m worried Sephora has turned into a scam 😭
