Authorization unsuccessful


Just want to enquire about my order # 7008566940 which got cancelled the same day after i received the confirmation email for the order. i am unable to understand the reason for this. i have checked all my details that i have provided and everything is fine and i have enough balance in card so it couldn't be because of that reason.

Now i have placed another order # 7013785124 and i am afraid that same thing will happen again. Can any one help me out.

if this is happening because one product goes out of stock. Then only that product can be excluded from the order. But please let the order process. Please help me out.

Now my new order has also been cancelled after 10 hours of placement. and i dont know the reason. i am so upset. i have not even gotten any reply from the customer support.
