August play box was very disappointing

I have posted this in the PLAY! By Sephora group chat and I have not received any responses. I decided to repost it on this chat where I find I will most likely receive help with this dilemma. I didn't want to re-type so here is the screenshot of everything I wrote.

Since Play is curated with lots of products to try, sometimes we get things we can't use (for example, I received a curly hair product and I have very straight hair) but this is pretty much how every beauty box works. Maybe try swapping with friends? Or even donating the products you can't use to a local women's shelter 🙂
