Assistance with Pending E-Gift Card Order

Hi Sephora Support,

My friend recently purchased a Sephora e-gift card for me using Cash App, but the transaction is still marked as pending. From our understanding, e-gift cards are typically delivered automatically, so we’re unsure why there is a delay.

Could you please check the status of this order and let us know if any additional steps are required to complete the transaction? If needed, we can provide the order confirmation details.
