Apple Pay not available

I made an online order back in December with Apple Pay and that was the last tie I was able to buy off Sephora with Apple Pay. It’s so convenient and I really hope that they put it back on the app or website by the time the sale is over! I would really like to make a big purchase with Apple Pay. I spoke to customer service multiple times and they said it was still available. Which is not true because I don’t see it! Please, Please, Please, put Apple Pay back on as a payment option.

@1989Emma Apple Pay is shown in the basket, before you click on the checkout button. If you have items in your basket that have a shipping restriction (these are typically fragrances, sprays, pressurized spray cans, nail polish remover, etc.) you won't be able to select Apple Pay. Please remove any of those items from your basket and place them in a separate order. Thank you!

It’s the reason I have not been shopping as much online with Sephora lately no Apple Pay option.

I don’t see it either on the app or in a web browser on my phone. I’ve tried both with shipping and with in store pick up so it definitely isn’t restricted based on what’s being shipped. This is so annoying, Sephora should allow Apple Pay.

Unless it’s a higher end store I am not going to the mall or buying in person standing in long lines etc . But without Apple Pay as one of options I will sadly not be a regular customer like before.

@EllieEvvie Apple Pay should be available as long as you don't have an item with a shipping restriction in your basket.

Ok Will try it just had one small perfume I can order directly from Jo Malone. If I choose simple options and Apple Pay still doesn’t show up it may reduce my shopping online with Sephora.

I only have a pencil sharpener in the cart and Apple Pay is not an option

Sephora applies shipping restrictions to in store pickups?

And why does Sephora restrict the type of payment method if there are items with shipping restrictions even if items were actually shipped? Sephora needs offer Apply Pay equally without creating odd rules to exclude that form of payment.
