Amazing Sephora Hotline Service

I wanted to let the Sephora Mods/Customer Service folks know how happy I was with the service I received on the phone this morning! I don't remember the agent's name (perhaps you can find it through my account info in my profile) but she was so patient when I asked a million questions. I called about the 20% off color cosmetics (that was offered to some clients until the 23rd) earlier this week and I really wanted the new Hourglass foundation but the launch date was the 25th. The first agent I spoke with said they made a note in my profile and try calling back on the 25th to see what they can do. This morning, I told the agent about my situation and she totally understood (#makeupwoe) and offered it to me including a couple samples. Thank you so much Sephora!! You phone service agents totally made my day 🙂
