All points gone. :-(

Hello,

 

I had at least 777 points in my account, as showing in the last email I can find, all gone now.  It seems like a lot of people are having this problem.  There was a pandemic, and I and I'm sure a lot of folks, weren't buying a lot of makeup, and stores were closed anyway.

 

I ask these points to be reinstated.  Thank you.

Hi @AllBBach,

 

For all clients, points will expire if their account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep your account active, you must make a purchase, redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within a year. I'll look into this further and I'll send you a message.
