All my reviews come up as anonymous! Help!

I emailed customer service about this issue and I'm still so confused. I've written three reviews on this site and all of them keep coming up as written by 'Anonymous'. I'm definitely logged into my Sephora account when I write the reviews. When I click 'Write a Review' on a product's page, I'm automatically logged in under the nickname 'missglamour' (I can see it above the 'Title of Your Review' box on the Submit a New Review page). However, all of my reviews eventually get approved without my nickname attached; it will acknowledge that I am a Beauty Insider, and all of my info (age, location, skin type, etc) is accurate. 

When I log into my Sephora account and click Beauty Talk, I can see my three reviews in the 'My Product Reviews' section of my profile. I've already written to customer service about this, and was simply told to make sure I'm logged into my Beauty Talk account. I definitely am... I have no clue what to do next. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there some setting I need to fix before my reviews are associated with my BT account name? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
