All my points gone!

Hello. 
I was checking how many points I earned with my most recent purchases since I’ve been saving up ( nearly 800) and they’re all gone? I’m assuming the system is down since some other folks are saying the same thing on their end. 

When will the system be back up and will I get all my points back ?
