Afterpay and Cyber monday 25% discount

I made a purchase on Cyber Monday, December 2nd, and payed with Afterpay to qualify for the 25% discount. Upon checkout I did not see any discount applied. I followed through with the order anyways. Once I received the Afterpay email confirming my payment, the discount was still not reflected. I contacted Sephora originally and they told me to message Afterpay.

I messaged Afterpay on Dec 3. It has now been 1 week and they are still going around in circles without providing me with any solution. They are saying "This is actually a Sephora run offer, we are currently working with them" I don't understand why this has taken this long with no solution, as I'm also seeing a ton of other customers are having this issue as well. Sephora has not taken any responsibility for this issue and is redirecting me back to Afterpay who has redirected me back to Sephora. Can someone take responsibility and issue the customers the discount?!

It will not let me message you as i am on the Canadian sephora and it redirects me to the USA sephora and will not let me.
