AfterPay Discount Not Applied

I placed an order yesterday (using AfterPay) in order to get the 25% discount. The discount was supposed to be automatically applied by AfterPay but it did not apply. 😞 I contacted AfterPay and they said that I should contact Sephora. However, I have been attempting to contact Sephora since I noticed this discrepancy yesterday but the live chat has been unavailable... I have already received a shipping confirmation, even though the order was placed less than 24 hours ago, so I am not able to cancel the order. What do I do?

@Carma03 @Kym2 The discount should be reflected in the Afterpay email confirmation.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
