Account Issue

Hello, anyone else having issues with their Sephora accounts getting an error message “We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please try again later” . I have spoken to a couple of Reps telling me that my account is fine and is not locked and blocked. It is such a pain that I have to contact customer support chat to make an online purchae everytime. Help please
