Access denied

Hi!  I thought I'd let someone know that whenever I type in certain things in the search bar (like just now I typed in "brush set"), the page "access denied" loads and won't load the search results.  When I just tried to click on the tools/accessories link to get to the brush sets that way, the "so sorry" page loaded about there being a high volume of traffic.  I don't know why beauty advice is working fine, but I thought I'd let you know about this issue.  Thanks!

The other day, I couldn't log in at all. Some other pages don't load, like when you answer a question after reviewing a product.

I've had problems with the site recently also. I couldn't even sign in yesterday and still am having trouble posting reviews. I get various error messages from "access to site denied" to "page loaded due to high volume". I would hope that Sephora gets the bugs worked out of the system soon as it takes many minutes to get help if I call on the phone.
