Hi, I order two times from Sephora online and each time I select free simple with it but I never get it . First time I think it’s by mistake but how is it possible every time , can you tell me please, Thanks

@sukhgur Samples are always subject to availability unfortunately. If the warehouse your order ships from runs out, then they usually replace it with a random sample that they do have in stock. If you didn't receive any sample at all though, I'd recommend reaching out to customer service and letting them know.
