Hi @kalennah I see that you were able to redeem your birthday gift on
4/15 in your online order! Please note, only one gift can be redeemed
per calendar year.

I’ve usually had sephora orders ship out really fast within 1-3 days
however I ordered two glosses and almost a week later it still hasn’t
