500 points for 10$ not refundable

I have to say that I am so not happy that we can’t get refund the points we redeemed for 10$ when we get refunded for a product.  

I was refunded only the amounts in $ that I have paid… I am sorry but it was not just 36$, it was 36$ plus 500 points (that we have to accumulated right!) and I should get everything back !!

My apologies! Points applied to a purchase are non-refundable. If you return an item that was purchased with BI Cash, the points and/or discount amount would not be returned and I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

I know sad about this too after the discount sale I’m going to purchase from other retailers because thats all sephora really has going other brands have sales all the time from their direct website.
