5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Star Review Wasn't Approved but my 1 Star Was❓❔

I submitted a 5 Star review for the LANEIGE Water Bank Moisture Cream but it wasn't approved.

How I know is because I submitted a 1 Star review for the HUM Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair Growth - Vegan Gummies 60 Vegan berry gummy hearts afterwards, yet that was approved.

I'm also waiting on the Drunk Elephant Protini™ Polypeptide Firming Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mL to be approved, which I also gave 5 Stars, but that was submitted after the Hum Gummies, so I'm not fully concerned about that. But how did you guys skip the review I posted before the Hum Gummies??????? Can I really get a reason why, please?
