250 points birthday reward

I’d like to redeem 250 points as my birthday gift this year and I realize there’s only a few days left to do so (I’m pretty sure, before you had much more time to redeem your birthday gift, although I could be mistaken). I added 250 points to my cart and tried to check out, but it says I have to have actual merchandise in my cart in order to check out and only by doing so redeem the points. It’s kind of a bummer, because I’m traveling for the holidays right now and cannot receive packages. By the time I return home, it’d be too late to redeem my birthday gift. I was wondering if maybe you could help me out here and post the points to my account for me as a curtesy, since I’m a loyal customer of many years? When they first launched VIB Rouge program, I was among the first ones who received this status and Sephora sent me a gift (Dior BB Cream) with a letter of gratitude, which was a complete surprise! It would be a very nice gesture, if Sephora came through for me on my birthday with this small favor as well! Thanks a lot! Happy holidays!!!

I'd suggest calling or posting in the Customer Support group so that a CS rep can assist. Mods don't monitor every post outside CS and may not see your post here in the Rouge group.
