20% off friend sale link not working

Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone has come across this issue too. I shared my unique 20% off link for the sale with a friend and it’s not working for her even after receiving the email. It’s saying the code isn’t available yet or has already been redeemed

The friend should check their email inbox and junk folders for the promo code. After they clicked the link the first time and signed in, an email would have been sent to them. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.

the same thing is happening to me, the code I gave my friend isn’t working and just gives her an error message. I feel so bad telling her I had this code for her only for it not to work.

Hi hi! Update - I got a message from support and they checked my friends account for the code & my friend basically tried the same code again and it worked ! So maybe just try again. Not sure what happened for us the first time 😭
