2 day flash shipping

Has anyone had an issue with their 2 day flash shipping subscription? I placed an order 11/15 after 3 pm order shipped 11/18 which is expected and now it has I should expect delivery 11/28? I e-mailed customer service and told I should be getting a response in 5 days! It states when placing an order there is a 5 day delay in shipping if an order is placed after 11/19 but 2 day, 1 day and Flash shipping is not affected?
