2,500+ Points Gone…just like that :-(

I’ve been saving up my points for years. I haven’t shopped much because I haven’t needed much. I recently went back to work. I opened up my app yesterday to make a purchase and noticed that my points balance was 25….wait, what?!?!….Last I checked, I had 2,509 points. I immediately chatted with customer service only to learn that my points expired due to inactivity. No offer of further assistance….no offer to look into this for me. As many emails I get about sales and deals, etc. I didn’t receive an email reminder - not one - to let me know that my points were going to expire and that I’d lose 2,509 points. I can understand losing maybe 25….but 2,509? I’m a very unhappy customer.

I had the exact same experience. I had been saving points for years, covid hit, I didn't go out of my apartment and stopped shopping, and my 3500+ points have all expired.  What terrible corporate policy, especially given how accommodating other retailers have been due to the epidemic.
