15% off for select VIB email not applying online

Hello,

I received an email of a special offer for 15% off during Sept 12-16 instore and online. When I input the promo code provided in the email for my online purchase, I get an error message stating "Offer only available to select VIB members. Must be logged in and purchase merchandise to qualify." I am logged into my account and am purchasing a few items. Please advise.
