I didn't get the email with my promo code either, just the email back a couple weeks ago with the subject heading Achievement unlocked 🏆 Your 15% off is on its way! and telling me that I would get an email with the code when it was time to use it.

I didn't even get the promo code too, I only received the email saying that I qualified for the 15% off which Achievement unlocked 🏆 Your 15% off is on its way!

I didn't even get the promo code yet.  I only received the email saying that I qualified for the 15% off and that they would be sending me a code (hopefully sometime today).  

I had a similar issue last time so I ended up calling the customer support line and they sent me a new code within 15 min that worked.

Same, I got the email telling me that I had earned the 15% off and would be sent another email with the code when it was time to use it. Then nada.

Apparently in fine print, they mean you get a chance of winning 15% off. Which is weird
