13 days later my order is shipped....

Today I received an email that my appreciation bag is canceled because of course by this time is out of stock, How something like this happens. 13 days later and now I need to wait 5 days to arrive. I don't wanted anymore. Worst experience. And 350 points is not enough. I was waiting for that sample bag and thats why I wait for my order.
