$100 rouge reward

I redeemed my 2500 points for the $100 rouge reward.  It’s been 4 days since then. How long does it typically take to receive the email with the code to use your $100 reward?  I was so excited when Sephora came out with some new and improved rewards. Sephora has more of the brands I prefer to their competitor but the competitor definitely has a leg up on rewards, there is no competition there, Sephora loses that battle hands down. And withSephora, come to find out you have to be a lucky one to be able to “purchase” this reward on a certain date/availability. And then you have to stalk your email for the code to be able to use your reward. You would think once you “purchase” the $100 reward and get your confirmation purchase email that you’d receive the code immediately. I don’t think you should have to wait a week.  I still haven’t received my code to use my $100 reward and I’m ready to use it. Sephora should be handling this a little better. I know it’s new but this reward is a lot of money....AND even more money was spent to be able to “purchase” this reward so to feel like you might be losing out is frustrating. Guess I’ll have to call customer service if it doesn’t pop up in my email today.

I totally agree. I’ve been trying to “purchase” my 2500 point reward for several weeks now. It really is ridiculous that Sephora makes it so hard to redeem a reward that I’ve paid so much money to earn. Then it wasn’t listed on my order confirmation, and I haven’t received a separate email yet, so I don’t even know if it went through. Ugh. Meanwhile, U—a rewards translate to actual cash AND they have sent me four 20% off coupons in the last month. I’m seriously considering stopping shopping here after I redeem this reward.

So basically you are confirming that this reward is a scam. I had it in my cart (and my card info is already saved to my account) and in the LITERAL minute it took me to check out, y’all removed it????? So I earned this reward and you won’t honor it???? Just got off the phone with customer service and I am incredibly disappointed. Not shopping here anymore because I can buy everything else from U—a or directly from the manufacturer without these type of headaches. I hope your deceitful tactics were worth losing all the makeup money I’m bout to spend, especially now during the holidays.

Hi @meallen09, I'm sorry to hear that! The code should have arrived within 24 hours! It can sometimes go into your spam folder, so be sure to check there! If it has, please move the message to your inbox before selecting the activation link in the email.
