$100 ROUGE REWARD

Hi I'm sorry but wtf? You should not be advertising the $100 reward the way you do. It makes it seem as tho once you become a rouge member that you will receive the reward. At least have it say "you may have the opportunity to receive a $100 voucher". I've come on here every Tuesday and Thursday and I don't even see that it was an option. Usually if there was a certain reward and it sold out, then it will remain in the rewards bazaar but will just say sold out. That doesn't happen. The option is NEVER there for me. It's funny how the company can make all this money off their costumers, give us next to nothing back, and then when you finally get a decent reward it either isn't an option  or you have to be the first 5 people out of hundreds of thousand to get one. It's not a "reward"  if you have to fight tooth and nail for it. We all love Sephora and they know were not going anywhere, but Sephora has never been a walk in the park. It is just extremely infuriating

Please note that while the $100 Rouge Rewards are limited, they are released at 9:00 AM PST every Tuesday and Thursday in the Bazaar.  Knowing the time may help you in getting on in the future!

They need to become stackable too. I find it HIGHLY insulting we have to give up 2500 points for $100 then to top it off you can’t even use it with the 20% off. That’s ridiculous!!!!!

Me again! Guess what JUST happened? If you can even believe, I logged into my account on Sephora at 11:55 AM ET to begin stalking the $100 reward. Lo and behold after approximately five minutes, it appeared! I immediately added it to my cart, but wouldn't you know it, in the millisecond it took for me to HIT CHECKOUT, my cart was empty. Hmmm. Seems incredibly unfair. I went back into the rewards bazaar to add it back to my cart, BUT WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT, it was gone from the bazaar completely. I even continued to refresh for five more minutes and by this time it was 12:10 pm ET and all that was left was the paltry $25 award that literally no one from Rouge has time for because I have spent thousands of dollars with you to attain this apparently meaningless status. 

What are you actually doing for your Rouge customers? Stop with the $25 exchanges (it's too low to actually care about), boost the Rouge sales to a discount BETTER THAN 20% (again what is this for people spending thousands?).

Yes, but why are they limited? If you're a loyal Rouge member with thousands of points BECAUSE YOU'RE A LOYAL CUSTOMER who spends LITERALLY THOUSANDS of dollars A YEAR, WHY would one of the ONLY perks we're offered be incredibly hard to come by? The $25 and $50 rewards are insulting. INSULTING. 

 

Why doesn't Sephora actually do something about these complaints other than "escalating to appropriate parties" or apologizing that it's a limited reward? I've read through at least 40 of these threads about this very issue and you aren't actually listening. MAKE THE REWARD AVAILABLE FOR THOSE IT WAS PROMISED TO. Or here, I'll write it out clearly: don't make it limited! Then, I guarantee, you will get fewer complaints. It's terrible business and utter b.s.

Hi Kevin,

It is extremely frustrating because as a rouge member, I have been trying to get this award every single Tuesday and Thursday from 11:50-12:15. Every single time, i add it to my cart, go to checkout and its gone. this is extremely unfair, especially since we pay so much money to be rouge and this discourages me from shopping with you guys in the future.
