1 day shipping

I placed an order yesterday before 11am and paid for 1 day shipping. Everything was on track and was out for delivery this am... the latest update says out for delivery, by laser ship, it’s 8pm and I have no package and no update. I paid for one day shipping for a reason, I needed a product for an event tomorrow. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the lasership that nothing was done about. I see so many bad reviews and people with issues with lasership yet Sephora still uses them. Guess Sephora doesn’t really care about there customers. I had to go to Ulta when I realized my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time (again) to get a different product for my event tomorrow. Will be returning my package and never shopping from here again. I’ve learned my lesson.

9:48pm and still no package or update. So disappointed, frustrated and sad that this is happening to me again.
