0$ balance on unused giftcard

I got a $25 gift card for my birthday around two weeks ago. I haven’t used this gift card and it says that i have a $0 balance.

Same thing just happened to me 😞 Did you ever get it resolved? If so, what did you do to get it resolved? Thank you and sorry it happened to you, I definitely feel your pain.

The same thing happened to me and Sephora will not do anything for you. Ask the person who gave you the gift card to file a dispute with the bank of the credit card or debit card they used. Also file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and FTC at ftc.gov/complaint or call 1877 FTC-HELP.

It’s a Sephora gift card scam, do not buy Sephora gift cards. They will not refund you or help you get your money back.
