What to use?

I have 3c, some days it coils and other days I have lose kinks. My hair gets dry SUPER easily and then it loses its form. I do not use gel. I usually just use a curl smoothie (Shea moisture has worked so far) orsome type of cream. However, My hair is starting to lose its form by day 2 and it would normally last 4 good days and day 5 would be a mess. I would like to use products with little to no alcohol. Which I cannot find. Does anyone have any suggestions (even if they do have alcohol)?
