Need lift at the roots

I use ouidad as deva curl tends to give me dandruff and I love it and my actual curls look great but my roots are flat so I end up with like a triangle type shape which is not quite fetching. Blow drying, even with a diffuser tends to cause frizz, so I'm looking for any kind of product, styling, technique, or whatever recommendations. Just let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Thank you so much for the recommendation! What we like doing when using our Blossom & Bloom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Spray, is flipping your hair over, and spraying it while your hair is upside down- this helps to give more lift at the roots! 🙂
