Heat Damage

I used to straighten my hair all the time, my mom used to straighten my hair when I was 7 years old. I came from no curls to 3B/C but I still have a little bit of heat damage. Do you guys have any tips or products I can use?

I used to have this problem! Best thing I’ve found is routinely braiding my hair with coconut oil to give my hair a break from not just heat but also the outside conditions in general. Gotta make sure that the coconut oil is virgin/vegan though.
