Hey girls what are some tips so my hair will stop falling out so much? I've been noticing it while I'm taking a shower

Try not shampooing it every day. When I just do a water rinse or just some conditioner, I have almost no breakage in the drain.

I have a lot of problems with fallout too and one of the reasons is because I put my hair into a tight ponytail for sports. A hair stylist recommended that I tried to wear my hair in either loose braids or all down (no style that tugs on the scalp or weights on where you have your ponytail holder) to help tone down my fallout count It's been helping. 🙂

With curly hair that isn't brushed everyday, all of the hair that would fall out naturally gets caught in tangles and curls. So when you shower the curls and tangles are loosened releasing the trapped hair.
