I have fine hair that is curly/wavy that I air dry. I'm thinking about getting the Dyson Special Edition Supersonic Nural™ Hair Dryer in Strawberry Bronze because air drying can be a bit of a hassle and takes time. I'm worried that the Dyson will straighten out my hair's natural curl and/or make it frizz like other hair dryers have in the past. With fine hair, I need all the volume that I can get from my curls so I really want to avoid straightening them. Any thoughts? Is the hair dryer worth it?

I love the Living Proof Curl Shampoo and Conditioner, the Living Proof No Frizz Nourishing Mask, Triple Bond Complex, Curl Cream, Gel, and Curl Oil. I also love the No Frizz Styling Cream from Living Proof and the Perfect Hair Day Healthy Hair Perfector is a great leave-in for the nighttime. I also sleep with a satin bonnet and 100% pure Mulberry Silk Pillowcases. I've also been air-drying my hair and not using any heat on it.

Please please please try the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna The Mini Maintenance Crew Universal Hair Start'R Kit . Keeps hair moist and curls are nice and defined. The Fenty Beauty by Rihanna The Homecurl Curl-Defining Styling Cream 11.5 oz / 340 ml is an amazing styler. No need for gel, and doesn't leave hair greasy. Try the mini to see if it works for you. The entire line is incredible!

@Grahkii I currently cut about 8 inches myself to about chin length myself due to thinning after losing a lot of hair on a medication I've been on and off on. I'm so sorry you're going through it! First and foremost I would say Mindoxidil sprays used regularly truly do help. Products with rosemary like BondiBoost Intensive Daily Scalp Spray for Thinning Hair with Rosemary 4.23 oz/ 125 mL truly do help as well in stimulating new growth. I'm also personally a big fan of Davines Energizing Gel 5.07 oz / 150 ml (their entire energizing line is great, I just find the gel very easy to apply). I also lighten my hair (to platinum in my case) and think adding something like K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL or items from the Olaplex line helps a lot to stop breakage on any new growth you may get (I've switched almost entirely to their line in the last couple months and find it helps a lot but would recommend the Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Frizz Control Styling Hair Cream 3.3 oz/ 100 mL in particular). I hope you find something that helps!

Hey ladies !!! I want to get into straightening my own hair but I have no idea where to start or what routine to do. I have type 3c/4a curl and usually I do a dominican blow out at the salon. I wanted to know what products do you use (including shampoo and conditioners) and hair tools for beginners. I’m very new to this and I really don’t want heat damage and I want my hair to grow. please help
