Help With Growth 😓

 This was my hair years ago! Although my ends are shot in this photo, I miss the length I used to have. Over the years I have been harsh to my hair and health and I’m getting back on track. Taking vitamins like biotin, using better product for styling and dye, and working on getting healthy again! The fullness is coming back great, but the length just isn’t there! I’ve trimmed, used intense conditioning and masks overnight wrapped, eased up on heating tools, etc. Does anyone have any tips, tricks or products that just worked wonders to help with the growth??? Any and all advice is more than appreciated!!!! Thank you all so much in advance!!!! 😁✨💜

Try rice water, it worked for me. Hope it does the same for you.
