Hair growth past a certain length

Hi y'all 

I have naturally curly hair and it seems it won't grow past a certain length. It's frustrating. I take vitamins, hair oils, wash every 3 days..etc. 

Any recommendations on a good shampoo 

My hair is naturally curly/frizzy/and it's medium-thick.

Hi! I’ve always had a harder time growing my hair also, I have very coyly curly hair. I love pattern hair products it can help with your frizz and your shampoo searching. But for growing it I would say to cut your hair regularly and to wash ur hair once a week to keep those natural oils in. Hope this helps!
