Blasian Hair ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Because i'm Blasian, my hair is unfortunately really hard to manage. It's always dry and tangled and has a weird wavy/curly texture. At times, it's really voluminous, but at others, it stays flat. When I wash my hair and take hours to detangle it, the next day, it ends up tangled again! Does anybody have advice on how to fix my hair?
