setting powder recommendations

i usually use the charlotte tilbury concealer or the dior backstage concealer. then i top off with the charlotte tilbury press powder. the press powder doesn’t get rid of most of the shine though. what would be a better alternative that doesn’t cake under my eyes but looks super flawless and natural?
