oily skin combo mostly oily help!!

I need some advice! I have oily combo skin mostly oily. I have tried setting spray, primers I CANNOTTTT find foundation that doesn't move after 3 hours. it not only moves, but it goes into every crease which makes me look much older and it shows all my texture on my skin. I AM LOST. i just want to find some foundation that will stay on my face and actually still look good!!! it looks great right when i put it on and it looks like crap after just a few hours. if i blow my nose my makeup comes right off!! or even if a finger or anything touches my face.  DOES ANYONE HAVE ADVICE.this has been a struggle for my entire life to this day 😞 tell my any tips, products whatever. thanks so much!! I prefer vegan cruelty free products. I have a lot of scars i try to cover too. I have asked people at sephora, but no good results. I just want a good face 😞
