foundation chunks off from Vitamin C serum?

Every morning I wear a C serum, pca moisturizer, alt sunscreen, Becca primer and then my tarte foundation. Every day, no matter how long I wait between applications of each step my foundation gets chunky and kind of balls up all over my face. I tried isolating each step, and I'm pretty sure it's my C serum. Sooo I switched c serums from drunk elephant to one from my dermatologist and its still happening! UGH. Does anyone one know what the solution for this is? Help!

Hi @montanagirlie,

I'm sorry to hear your foundation gets chunky! Which Vitamin C serum do you use? I personally use the Olehenriksen Truth Serum and I mixed it with my foundation! I've noticed when I mix my foundation and Vitamin C serum together, my foundation does not get chunky. 🙂
