fenty or tarte shape tape foundation?

which one is better? I have the fenty foundation i like it because it matches my neck perfectly and it covers my scars good but i dont like the finish and it shows texture on my dry spots.I wanna know if the tarte is better so i can use that instead. I would want the matte one. Since i get oily on my t zone and i need coverage. Thanks!

I didn’t really read good reviews of the shape tape but I really wanted to go with Tarte. I have dry skin so Fenty is not an option for me also it dries way too fast so I tried Tarte rainforest of the Sea foundation in store and it was the perfect match for my skin, has decent coverage, has a mattish finish and perfectly hydrates my skin at the same time. I just put it in this morning and my foundation tends to crease on my forehead and my smile zone almost instantly but absolutely nothing so far. I can’t even feel that it’s on my face so I think I found The One.
