What happened to the Find my shade feature?

It's also missing for me too in both places. Super annoying  as I cannot go to the store and need to shade match online. I hope they fix it soon.

@hotstrawberry if log into your account, go to beauty preferences and then Scroll down to shade finder.

But that doesn't tell me the specific shade in each brand.  I need to be able to click Find my shade on the brand I'm looking at, enter one that I know works, and see the equivalent in the new brand.

@hotstrawberry have you done a color IQ in store or know a brand and shade that is your closest match?  When you have that info it will shade match to you different brands but it isn’t 100% accurate.
