Under eye concealer for dry skin

Looking for a concealer for under eyes. I’m 33, dry under eyes. I need something hydrating and won’t settle into fine lines. Thank you!

Look for a hydrating concealer. I really like NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer Biscuit. 

If you're really dry, try mixing your eye cream with your concealer. I like pairing my NARS concealer with my KIEHL'S SINCE 1851 - Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado.
