For concealer I was wondering if the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer Biscuitis travel size (following TSA regulations)  

I need some recommendations for a foundation or cc cream or B.B. cream that is also travel size.

I also need some recommendations for a travel size setting spray.

I also need some recommendations for a travel size primer. 

 If you know something that isn’t sold at Sephora and maybe sold at ulta or somewhere else please let me know !

@gymnast43256 TSA dot gov has the full requirement list. Ask for samples in store and at department store counters, they take up less space in a quart sized baggie. You don't need travel size of makeup, the TSA rule is for liquidy liquids, they can be chemicals instead. Setting spray, pour into a travel size container, Target's travel section for bottles, even the Dollar Store.

If you have a filled water bottle, even sealed, that's when TSA will take it..otherwise don't get too worked up over must be travel sized. They don't check sizes, I keep my baggie in my carryon during xraying. They only notice a very large bottle or whatever looks odd during the xray, then open the carryon for visual inspection and as necessary confiscate it.

I travel a lot, never had items confiscated.

Most makeup products are within TSA regulations. I believe in the US the maximum is 3.4 oz or 100mL. Each product that you buy online at Sephora.com should tell you the size in ounces on the product details page.

As for primers, I find that Laura Mercier Primer and Tinted Moisturizer are my go-to favorite

Before buying all new products, I would check the things that you already have if you like them, a lot of makeup already meets the TSA guidelines of 3.4 ox or 100mL.
