Pat McGrath Sublime undereye powder vs new Charlotte Tilbury undereye brightening powder

I love PM under-eye setting powder. Now that CT came out with a new setting powder, I’m curious how they compare. I have not used CT before but her new powder sounds amazing. How do these compare, which is “better”, especially for normal/dry late 30’s under-eye.
